TO WHOM DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT ON DELIVERY?

The payment of your order is made during the delivery process by the employee of the contracted carrier!

CAN I BUY ONLINE AND PICK UP MY PRODUCT IN STORE?

Yes! When buying online you can select the UP Furniture location you want for pickup.

One of our collaborators will contact you to arrange a time to pick up the product. Pickups are done only during business hours from our warehouse.

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT ON DELIVERY?

Upon receipt of the product an employee of the contracted shipping company will make available the following payment methods:

1- Cash;
2- ATM;
3- MBWAY .

HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT?

Delivery times may vary according to stock availability. After the purchase, one of our collaborators will inform you of the exact delivery time for your product.

WILL YOU CONTACT US IF WE ARE NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

We usually call 1 hour before the displacement, but we also firm that it is entirely the client's responsibility, on the date of scheduling, the commitment to receive and welcome the employees! If you have an unforeseen problem and cannot receive, it is your responsibility to let us know in advance so that we can cancel the delivery and schedule other customers! Have common sense!

HOW DOES DELIVERY SCHEDULING WORK?

After you make your purchase online, one of our collaborators will contact you by phone so that a better delivery date can be scheduled. If the product is an "order" you will receive a contact informing you of the deadline needed to receive the product in warehouse, after the product arrives, and contacted again to schedule delivery at home.

DO YOU SCHEDULE TIME OR DELIVERY PERIODS?

No. We do not schedule specific times for delivery and or period! It is important to choose a day when you have total availability to receive the product! The contracted carrier is responsible for contacting you 1 hour before delivery!

CAN I PAY BY CHECK WHEN YOU DELIVER?

No. We do not receive payments by check! We accept cash, ATM and or mbway on delivery!

IF YOU IDENTIFY A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? HOW TO PROCEED?

Pictures of the defective product will be required, send along with a copy of your order form to our customer support email address:

will be opened an assistance to which will be evaluated the product to identify if it will be necessary to replace the entire product or just the request of the necessary part! We are not responsible for damages caused by assemblies that are not carried out by our carriers.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

According to the contracted carrier, the delivery period is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daylight saving time. If something unforeseen happens, the carrier will inform you of new times or a new date!

IF MY PRODUCT DOES NOT ARRIVE AT MY HOME?

As a rule, the customer is responsible for taking all measurements, colors, and specifications of the product before delivery! During delivery if the product does not arrive at your home it is necessary to pay for the products or try to reach an agreement with the store! Remembering that it is of extreme responsibility of the client the payment of the delivery to the contracted carrier!
